James is the author of two acclaimed books. The first, If Our Bodies Could Talk, expands on his video series, offering a guide to the human body. His most recent book, Clean: The New Science of Skin and the Beauty of Doing Less, explores the culture of cleanliness and its effects on our health. Today, he continues to write and speak, blending science and wit to help people make better decisions about their health.
