Ketki Karanam is a biologist and technology entrepreneur who is a leader in the field of digital therapeutics. She studies how music can be used as medicine to help people with a variety of health conditions. Ketki is currently the Chief of Innovation at MedRhythms, a company that uses music to treat neurological diseases and injuries. Her journey began when she co-founded a company called The Sync Project, which scientifically studied the effects of music on health. The work was so successful that it was acquired by MedRhythms, where Ketki continues her groundbreaking research. With a doctoral degree in systems biology from Harvard University, Ketki brings a strong scientific background to her work. She is now focused on using her research to create new digital health products that help patients with neurological injuries, such as those from a stroke.
