T. Morgan Dixon

Morgan Dixon, Co-Founder of GirlTrek, began her career with Teach For America, receiving their 2012 Social Innovation Award. She has since worked on the frontlines of education reform as director of leadership development for one of largest national charter school networks, Achievement First. Morgan directed the development and start-up of six public schools in NYC for St. Hope and the Urban Assembly and two organizations funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Morgan was named among the top 1% of global social innovators by Echoing Green was and named an Ashoka Fellow in 2014. She serves on the Boards of Trustees for the National Outdoor Leadership School and Teach for Haiti.
