Monica is the Executive Assistant at Possible. She leads the organization’s onboarding process for new team members, implements its events strategy through an annual series of Jeffersonian Dinners, and supports the Development team — and of course the CEO — on a variety of fronts. Prior to Possible, Monica worked with the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) at MIT; with Academics Stand Against Poverty at Yale University; with Two Degrees Food; and with Mercado Global at their field office in Panajachel, Guatemala. Monica studied Global Affairs and graduated from Yale University with distinction in 2013.
