Kimberlie Cerrone

Kimberlie has been a top executive at nine venture capital-backed companies; two of which she saw from the initial startup phase through public offerings. She is a dealmaker and IP strategist that practiced technology law at two of Silicon Valley’s top law firms, where she worked with the founders of several of the most successful high technology and life sciences companies, including Yahoo!, Ariba, Google and Target Therapeutics. Kimberlie has negotiated and executed hundreds of strategic deals that took venture- backed technology and life science companies to the next level, and she has significant M&A experience. Kimberlie graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in biochemistry. She earned a Master of Science degree in biochemical pharmacology from New York University. She has an M.B.A. from University of San Francisco. She graduated from the Hastings College of the Law, and is licensed to practice law in California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She lives in San Francisco on the edge of the new UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay.
