Dr. Joseph Antoun

As the Strategic Advisory Board Chair for LabCures, Dr. Antoun leads a best-in-class advisory board that helps LabCures achieve its mission of bridging the financing valley of death for research labs and increasing patient access to innovative medicines President and CEO of Health System Reform (HSR), a boutique advisory, training and implementation company dedicated to improving Public Health through health policy reform and improved health system management. Dr. Antoun is the Director of the Center for Health Policy at the University of Chicago where he teaches Health Systems, Pharmaceutical Policy, Leadership and Negotiation in healthcare. Dr. Antoun is a Professor of Health and Public Policy at the Buck Institute in California and a Visiting Fellow in the Department of Social Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prof. Antoun is a cross-national/comparative health policy expert who has consulted with over 10 ministries of health. Prof. Antoun has a Masters’ in Public Policy from Harvard University and has completed his Public Health and Health System Financing and Management studies at Johns Hopkins University. He is also a physician with a Doctorate in Medicine and a Masters’ in Medical and Biological Sciences from Saint Joseph University.
