Aaron Oliker

Aaron Oliker is partner and Chief Innovation Officer at BioDigital Inc. He is an entrepreneur, 3D animator, programmer and academic, working in the field of medical visualization and simulation for 14 years. Aaron founded his first medical visualization company, CyberFiber Inc. in 2000 and partnered with BioDigital co-founders John Qualter and Frank Sculli in 2003. Aaron’s work has helped pioneer a new paradigm in the field of medical and surgical education. His current focus is the advancement of new features and applications using the BioDigital Human Platform (www.biodigitalhuman.com) with organizations such as Smile Train. Aaron is also a Research Assistant Professor of Educational Informatics at NYU Langone Medical Center with many peer reviewed clinical publications. The BioDigital Human is currently the #1 education application in the Google app store. The BioDigital Human platform has won numerous awards including SXSW Interactive Award 2013, NVidia’s ‘One’s to Watch Award’ 2012, Business Insider 17 Best Google Apps 2011, .Net magazine 20 Best Web Sites 2011, New Media Website Award for Education – Medical 2011, and Gartner Report’s Cool Vendors in Emerging Technology 2011.
