Odie Fakhouri

Founder and CEO of LabCures, a unique funding platform which aims to fund research in the most efficient and meaningful way possible – by connecting people directly to labs. As a disruptive innovation, LabCures has improved the funding model and is increasing the level of access people have to life science research. Odie Fakhouri is an entrepreneur with a passion for solving social problems with the power of technology and capital markets. He defines stakeholders and wraps creative business models in ways which will move society forward. Prior to founding LabCures, Mr. Fakhouri was a Project Lead in Business Development at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging. There he was responsible for architecting value proposition between Aging research and Buck Institute stakeholders. It was in this role where he understood how technology could be used to enhance the way people participate in research. Mr. Fakhouri is a graduate of Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School and has received multiple recognitions including “Business Student of the Year” and “Social Entrepreneur of the Year” during his time there.
