Abir Sen

Prior to founding Gravie, Abir was CEO of Bloom Health where he led the creation of private exchanges – one of the largest trends in healthcare services. Abir was co-founder and president of RedBrick Health, and under his leadership they launched the industry-leading Health Earnings system and achieved health improvement results that far outstripped their competitors. As co-founder of Definity Health, Abir helped invent the Personal Care Account, a predecessor to the Health Savings Account. Abir has worked as an advisor to Fidelity Investment’s Health and Welfare Business, where he helped launch Fidelity’s benefit consulting business. Abir holds a B.A. in Economics from Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
