Jon Ellenthal

With more than 25 years of experience building and leading early stage companies with transformational business concepts to positions of industry leadership, Jon Ellenthal is President of TEDMED. A passionate member of the TED community, he relishes the chance to reinterpret the TED brand in the service of health and medicine. Jon is also the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Patent Properties, which develops and commercializes patents and other intellectual property assets created by Walker Digital, LLC, and which is developing a disruptive, voluntary solution to make patent licensing affordable and commercially sensible for all patent owners and users of patented technologies. Previously, Jonathan served as the CEO of Walker Digital and Synapse Group, Inc.
