Patron Admission Offers

Becoming a TEDMED Patron means that $7,550 of your Patron Delegate fee supports The TEDMED Patron Fund. The TEDMED Patron fund is a non-501-c3 fund and is used to sponsor Delegates on a needs-blind basis, support TEDMEDLive simulcasts to remote non-profits (hospitals, universities, etc.), and to create and distribute free documentary films to the world. In return for this higher level of support, Patron Delegates receive the following special privileges and recognition:

TEDMEDLive Event Simulcast Requirements

Three simple requirements to hold TEDMEDLive:

Appoint a Champion to lead TEDMEDLive within your organization.
Reserve an auditorium(s) or conference room(s) on your campus to view the simulcast on April 10-13. There are 11 sessions beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern Time on April 10th and ending at 1 pm on April 13th, with ample time every day for social and lunch breaks. See Preliminary Schedule
Complete the form below. The TEDMED Team will contact you directly to finalize your participation.

TEDMEDLive is a fantastic opportunity to host a gathering and stage your own conversations about the future of health and medicine. TEDMED will supply a full schedule of all the speakers, sessions, and breaks a few weeks before the event to help you get the most out of hosting the simulcast. Some printed program guides will also be provided free and you may acquire additional ones at cost.

TEDMEDLive Technical Requirements

To experience the required High Definition quality video and ensure an uninterrupted stream, you will need a minimum of 4 Mbps (4000 kbps) dedicated through a wired Internet connection and a large display screen/monitor suitable for the size of your auditorium or conference room.
